Senior Project Supervisor

Peter became interested in foodservice at an early age, helping his parents cook meals for their family of eight. From there, his culinary interests grew further. He enrolled in a summer of cooking classes when he was twelve, and, as a chef in college, prepared more than 1,000 meals a day for fellow students.

While still in college, Peter started working for Proctor Companies as a casework installer, warehouse man, and ice machine/popcorn popper technician. Since then, his role has grown.

As a Proctor Project Supervisor, he has personally managed the installation of countless concession counters, bars, cafes and kitchens on three continents.
